Crab shell corn maiden by Daniel Chattin, Zuni

A beautiful "crab" shell corn maiden, carved by Daniel Chattin. Chattin has a minimalist style of carving that conveys a lot through its simplicity. He inlays cabochons of turquoise, shell and sugillite, inlays the eyes with jet, and carves dragonflies (one inlaid with jet) and diamond shapes.
